Become an Activist or a Rescue Volunteer

ORGAN ACTIVISTS are members who form a network of 'eyes and ears' who tell us about unwanted, underused or threatened organs. We also contact them for information about organs we hear about that need help.To become an activist, tick the appropriate box on the membership form that you get to by clicking the button below.

ORGAN RESCUE VOLUNTEERS are members who are prepared to roll up their sleeves to help dismantle, transport and re-erect unwanted organs. There is no better way to get a deep understanding of how these instruments work than by dismantling and re-erecting an organ.

No specialist organ-building experience is needed: only basic DIY skills, as expert supervision will always be present. Volunteers should be in reasonable health and able to carry delicate organ parts carefully for short distances. Full training will be given, and out-of-pocket expenses paid.

To become a rescue volunteer, mention you are interested in doing this in the 'Notes' section of the membership form that you get to by clicking the button below.
